The restaurant's cuisine offers a varied, rich and inviting menu, consisting mainly of dishes based on fish from Lake Bolsena, guaranteed for freshness and quality, cooked freshly caught and free from pollutants thanks to the uncontaminated natural environment and the extremely clean waters of the lake. The dishes offered daily come from ancient local traditions, following popular recipes handed down from one generation to another, in total respect of the customs of the fishermen of Bolsena.
